In the consideration of acceptance of my application or that of the minor whose name appears thereon, of whom I am the legal guardian, and the permission to participate in a Lunch time soccer program program runs by JJB Futbolito, I hereby waive and forever discharge the JJB Futbolito, its volunteers, coaches, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, owner and administrators from all claims, damages, costs and expenses in respect to injury or damage to my/their person or property. I am aware that still photo and video of my child may be taken on the JJB Futbolito activities. I am aware that still photo and video may be posted to a website and/or be used in a variety of collateral printed pieces.(i.e. brochures, newsletters, flyers, print ads). The pictures/videos will be used for the purpose of illustrating, advertising and promoting the activities associated with any JJB Futbolito company. Parents who have special concerns or requirements regarding photography or videotaping of their child/children agree to contact JJB Futbolito administrators in advance of the planned activities to resolve any issues regarding the use of their child's image. Please note that no permission is required for large group photos in which participants are not individually identify.

JJB Futbolito — Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At JJB Futbolito, we understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect scheduled programs. Our goal is to provide families with fair and flexible options while ensuring the sustainability of our programs.

 All requests to have a participant withdraw from a program must be made in writing clearly stating the participant’s name, the school program currently registered with  and the reason for the withdrawal.  

* Receive a refund less a $ 20 administration fee, We will charge only the sessions the participant attended. 

If a York Region District School Board (YRDSB) strike, labour disruption, or school-related closure prevents JJB Futbolito from operating a scheduled program:

Families will be offered one of the following options:

• Reschedule: Transfer the missed session to another available date or session, subject to availability.
• Program Credit: Receive a credit equal to the value of the affected session(s), which can be applied toward a future JJB Futbolito program.
• Refund: If rescheduling or receiving a credit is not suitable, families may request a refund for the affected session(s).

No administrative fee will be charged for cancellations or changes directly resulting from a YRDSB strike or labour disruption.

In the event that a coach is unable to attend due to an unexpected illness, emergency, family circumstance, or other unforeseen situation, JJB Futbolito will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified replacement coach.

If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged and the session must be cancelled, families will be offered:

• A rescheduled session, subject to availability;
• A credit toward a future JJB Futbolito program; or
• A refund for the cancelled session.

JJB Futbolito will communicate cancellations as soon as reasonably possible.

If the school or facility is closed due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or another weather-related emergency, and JJB Futbolito is therefore unable to operate the scheduled session, families will be offered:

• A rescheduled session, subject to availability;
• A credit for the value of the cancelled session; or
• A refund for the affected session.

The safety of our players, families, coaches, and staff is our highest priority. JJB Futbolito reserves the right to cancel or modify a session when weather or facility conditions create an unsafe environment.

Refunds, credits, and rescheduling options under this policy apply only to sessions cancelled or significantly affected by the circumstances described above.

If a session is cancelled by JJB Futbolito for another operational reason, JJB Futbolito will communicate the available compensation options to registered families.

Where possible, families will be notified by email or through the communication method used for the program.

We appreciate your understanding when circumstances outside of JJB Futbolito's control affect our programming. We will always make reasonable efforts to provide a fair solution and minimize disruption to our players and families.
